PBP & InkOn3 Collaboration - Blessings!

Oh happy day everyone!!

Today is another collaboration with Pear Blossom Press. This one is Pear Blossom Press and Ink on 3.  It is an Instagram Hop, but I wanted to post here too in case you stumbled upon my blog and wanted to see more EZ-Light goodness.

As soon as I saw this amazing set from Ink on 3 called Blessings I knew that I wanted to light the cross up.  I was going to put a sentiment on or in the card but decided against it.  It can go for so many occasions that I wanted to leave it for the sender to write inside of it.

 I paired the EZ Lights from Pear Blossom Press with the Blessings and the Posies stamp sets from Ink on 3.

This time instead of raising the whole card top with foam tape I only raised the cross so it was the focal point.

I attached the battery pack and the lights to the back of the cross.  I added foam tape an that was it.

I added the push here before I added to my card.  I loved how this creates such a focal point for the cross. It says so much without saying anything.  

 I wanted to show how the battery is nested behind the cross.  A tiny bit shows on either side of the cross but not so much that it is a hindrance. 

I finished it off by adding Liquid Pixie Dust to the cross. I think it was the perfect added dimension my card needed. 

Here is one more look at my finished card with and without light.  I think it might be one of my favorites at the moment. I love how soft and angelic this card is with the cross and its halo of light.
