TRHD - Caffeinated Turkey

Are you ready for day 2 of  The Rabbit Hole Designs October release?

I know I am!! This month is a great one!

They have released 7 new stamp sets and 6 new dies.

We will be sharing them over

these 3 inspiration days.

Today's stamp set is called Caffeinated Turkey. 

I do have a card to share with you today using the Caffeinated Turkey stamp set.

Now onto my card ...

I started with a card base in the same color green as my Caffeinated Turkey boxers. I trimmed a white panel down.  I stenciled a circle pattern with different shades of green to my background.  I Copic colored my Caffeinated Turkey and raised him up with foam tape.  I stamped my sentiment, trimmed it down and added it to the middle, left of my card.

I added Judikins Diamond Glaze to the coffee mug to make it look more like a real coffee mug.  I think all the little special touches you do to a card make a big impact on the card and to the person receiving it.

I finished this guy off by adding a little white gel pen to his feathers and to his head.  I love how it draws your eyes to his colorful feathers.

Here is one more look at the full card.  I think his boxers are my favorite thing about this stamp.  How can he be grumpy standing in those boxers?
