Ai - Ornament or Tag Challenge with NEW Circlets

Thursday, October 17, 2019
Hello Ai fans!!

I am here again with another challenge from Art Impressions.  This go-round is Tags or Ornaments! It is showcasing our new Circlet Mini Tryfolds
I am using the new Sleigh Ride Circlet

Instead of using the stamp set in the original Tryfold fashion I decided to use mine layers and individually. Be prepared there are a lot of photos in this post. :-)

Here they are all of the tags together.  Combined stamps and separate. Aren't they fun Christmas tags?
For the combined tag; I used my dies to cut the scallop and circle shapes in red and glitter.  I layered and glued them.
I colored all three stamped images with my Copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies that come with the stamp set.
As you can see from the layer above I layered them on top of each other with foam tape so you could still get the depth of the stamp set and the full image.   I absolutely love this tag.
I also wanted to show that you can use this stamp set individually and not necessarily together all the time.
I cut and layered the same scallop and circle from the colored card stock and the glitter paper as the first one.
I glued the layers together and also Copic colored my images. I used each individual stamp on each tag.
I wanted to hand write the TO & FROM  on my tag to give them a real homemade feel but you most definitly could use a stamp you already had.
Once again here is all the tags together.  Which do you like better ... the combined tag or the three individual tags?  I LOVE the combined tag; myself.

I hope you enjoyed my take on the Tags or Ornaments Challenge over on the Ai blog.  Hope on over to the current challenge blog, you can win prizes; and who doesn't love winning a prize??
